INTRODUCTION
La Farine had something most brands spend years trying to create a real product, a genuine craft, and a premium offering that could stand on its own. What it didn't have was a marketing presence that matched any of it. After a long pause, no campaigns, no content, no sales momentum, the brand needed more than a restart. It needed a new direction entirely.























ELSE APPROACH
Else came in and looked at what La Farine actually was before deciding what it should say. A cloud kitchen built around original French desserts. Premium ingredients. Luxurious in its simplicity. The previous direction didn't reflect that. So the first thing we changed was the identity, moving toward a minimal, elegant visual language that finally matched the quality of what was being made. When the product is premium, the presentation has to carry that same standard. Everything was rebuilt around that truth.



ELSE WORK
From there, Else took on the full performance marketing operation. We built the funnel from awareness, engagement, and conversion - scaling spend gradually and with intention, letting each stage earn the next. Month after month, the revenue followed. Not a spike. A build. The kind of growth that compounds because it's rooted in the right strategy. But the work didn't stop at marketing. Else went deeper supporting La Farine in product development, researching what was trending in the market, identifying the gaps, and helping shape an offering that spoke directly to what customers were actually looking for. The brand and the product evolved together. The results came. Sales hit their peak. And then came the recognition that meant more than any metric - La Farine was named Best Cloud Kitchen at the F&B Awards. A room full of the industry's most discerning voices, and they chose La Farine for its standing in the market. Three years. One direction. A brand that went from silence to celebrated.
