INTRODUCTION

Jazzal came with something rare in fashion: a product that was genuinely different. A premium jacket, first collection, single focus. No one else in the market was selling what Jazzal had. The challenge wasn't the product. The challenge was making sure the right people knew it existed, understood its value, and felt compelled to own it before anyone else did.

We started with positioning. A jacket-only launch with no brand history behind it means the brand identity has to do heavy lifting from day one. We built the positioning around the product's uniqueness with premium branding, packaging, market exclusivity, and the kind of cultural edge that makes fashion feel like a statement rather than a purchase. Every creative decision, every message, every asset was shaped around one clear idea: this jacket doesn't exist anywhere else.

ELSE WORK

Then came the performance. Else ran the full media buying operation, building the campaign structure, testing the creative, and scaling what worked with precision. The UGC strategy layered in the social proof that performance marketing needs to convert at the highest level. The PR strategy built the buzz that made the algorithm's job easier. Everything worked together, brand and performance not as two separate tracks, but as one unified push toward the same outcome. The numbers followed. A 10X ROAS. Sales that climbed faster than expected. And then, within two to three weeks of launch, the entire stock was gone. Every jacket. Sold. A first collection with no room for error.
